AI-enhanced drowning detection systems |
Welcome
Thank you for participating in this short survey on AI-enhanced drowning detection systems.
Royal Life Saving - Queensland, powered by the Queensland Government’s Good people. Good jobs: Queensland Workforce Strategy 2022-2032, is building an online course (micro-credential) that aims to upskill key aquatic facility staff in the use of this emerging technology in Queensland.
In the context of this survey 'AI-enhanced drowning detection systems' are systems that utilise artificial intelligence to monitor aquatic environments, employing cameras, sensors, and advanced algorithms to continuously analyse swimmer behaviour, detect signs of distress in real-time, and alert lifeguards. The systems are designed to complement the lifeguard supervision and add another layer of risk mitigation and safety.
The survey should take between approximately 10 minutes to complete. (Note: If completing the survey on a laptop or desktop computer, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox, rather than Internet Explorer).
If you are interested in updates on the course and enrolling yourself or your staff once completed, please provide your contact details at the end of the survey
All information provided will be treated confidentially.
