D.F.O Players of the Year Ballot - The Fan Vote

The following nominees have been selected by the D.F.O. Voting Committee as the nominees for the various prestigious* Player of the Year awards.

Below are their stats and notes on their various - and plentiful! - winning ways. From team titles to individual tournament titles, these 3.0ers have excelled at the nigh-lowest level of tennis in existence ... so it's time to reward their efforts!

The results of all the voting will be revealed mid-December in an online ceremony that most likely won't exist. Thank you for your service. And also ... you're WELCOME!

Notes:

3.0er of the Year = Typically given to the 3.0er with the most overall wins, but tournament and team titles can sway the vote as well.

Singles Player of the Year = Typically given to the 3.0er with the most overall singles wins, debate sometimes rages between which wins are more impressive ... league, tournament, or playoff wins?

Doubles Player of the Year = Same as above, but given to a doubles specialist.

Doubles Team of the Year = The most volatile of all the awards, are overall wins valued the most? Or are tournament titles? Or playoff success? WHO'S TO KNOW?!

Captain of the Year = Typically given to the Captain who has enjoyed the most wins on the season, it can be given to a Captain who has won bigger events, such as Flight, District, or State titles.

Special 3.0er of the Year = Recognizes someone who has contributed something ... special ... to the year!
