Therapist Survey: Challenging and Disruptive Behaviors

This is an 8 question anonymous survey with some yes/no, multi-select, and fill-in-the-box questions. The goal of this survey is to obtain data from OTs, OTAs, SLPs, and SLPAs regarding challenging and disruptive behaviors displayed by client’s during treatment sessions. The data collected from this survey will be used to develop and collect resources to help therapists better respond to and address challenging and disruptive behaviors.
