Dear colleagues-

We are initiating a revised version of the guidelines for patients with thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer. We hope to have this new version published by early 2013. In order to make these guidelines as useful as possible, we are soliciting your input.

Please review the 2009 guidelines (www.thyroid.org) and feel free to give us input on the following two basic questions:

* 1. Are there specific guidelines that you feel are not helpful - if so, why?

* 2. Are there specific areas of thyroid nodule and differentiated cancer management that you feel are not addressed in the 2009 guidelines?
