1.Have you ever been a victim of a hate crime (verbally, physically, or damage your property because of your race or how you identify)?
2.Has anyone acted as if they are afraid of you (e.g. – clutching their belongings, moving away in a fearful manner, or other actions at an event, in your neighborhood, while shopping or while traveling, etc.)?
3.Have you ever been unfairly stopped, searched, questioned, physically threatened or abused by the police?
4.Have you received poorer service than other people at restaurants or stores because of your race or how you identify?
5.Did you know that California offers a "Victims' Service Unit" with resources that include possible compensation and restitution as a crime victim (https://oag.ca.gov/victimservices)?
6.Are you aware that California has established a "Victim's Bill of Rights" (https://oag.ca.gov/victimservices/content/bill_of_rights)?
