This survey presents an opportunity for FIPA to collect your suggestions for possible access requests within our "FOI a Day" activities.

Your responses will help us to better understand respondents' views and develop our access request research activities across Canada. Please reference any additional documents or policies you feel relevant that informed your answer.
The survey can be completed anonymously providing that you do not add personal identifying information. Every effort will be made by FIPA to maintain that anonymity. We have set Survey Monkey ANONYMOUS RESPONSES: to ON. This means respondents' IP addresses are NOT in our survey results.
Please refrain from providing personal identifying information in this survey and contact us directly at fipa@fipa.bc.ca if you have any additional questions or comments. If personal identifying information is submitted as part of this feedback, that specific information will be deleted.
