On July 4th, 2026, the United States will be throwing a massive celebration for the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence – and Folio intends to join the party by publishing The Great American Novel.
In August 2024, we asked you to help us decide which iconic novel deserves this title, and we were blown away by the response – over 2,500 votes from book lovers across the globe! Now, we’ve narrowed it down to the top five books you chose, and it’s time for the final decision.
