Nomination Survey

Please use the the survey below to make your nomination for each of the following categories. Under "Reason for Nomination" PLEASE give a detailed reason for your nomination. The 3 with the most nominations in each category will make the final ballot that Coalinga Chamber of Commerce Members (NOT Board Members- the Chamber of Commerce Members) will vote on to determine the winners. Some of these may or may not know your nominee and what you write could determine how they vote. They may know the name but may not know everything they do for our community so convince them that your nominee is deserving to win.
