TRUST in the Workplace

A foundation to being a good leader is to gain/earn the trust of your team.  The purpose of this survey is to provide feedback on the most important qualities to gain/earn trust.  Thank you in advance for your participation!

Please rank the four qualities listed below as they relate to gaining or earning trust in the workplace.  A ranking of 1 would mean it is the most important quality to you.  A ranking of 4 would mean it is the least important quality to you.  All four qualities are important, of course, but your opinion is all that counts!  Use the Up and Down arrows to move the items where you want on your ranked list.  Move your first choice to the top of the list and fill in the others in order.  Thank You!!
