FunTeam Parent Survey

The FunTeam Alberta Board of Directors is in the process of implementing its 2018-2021 Strategic Plan. Our key goals in the plan relate back to our mission statement and are focussed on providing FunTeam programming and events that are fun, low cost, safe and enhance social and physical skills for children/youth of all ages, demographics and abilities.

With your feedback we are hoping to gain valuable information that we can then put back into our organizaiton and direct us in achieving the goals laid out by our Strategic Plan.
