The first workshop for the Rural MN Community Safety Project, hosted by Northspan's Welcoming Community program and facilitated by Nonviolent Peaceforce will be held on October 4th, 2024 from 9AM-3PM.
Learn tools and strategies for personal and community de-escalation and connect with other community members invested in supporting safe communities.
Workshop may include:
personal and situational de-escalation tools such as window of tolerance, OODA Loop, CLARA, and upstander intervention.
Location: Cook County Higher Education (300 W 3rd St, Grand Marais, MN 55604)
