Re: Invitation to Participate in Research on Petrochemical Project Management.

We are conducting a research study to explore the relationship between project managers' engineering knowledge and the success of industrial automation and control (IAC) projects in the petrochemical industry. Your insights and experiences are vital to this research, and we would like to invite you to take part in our survey.

The survey follows strict ethical guidelines of autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence and justice., ensuring that your participation is voluntary and confidential

Ethical Considerations:
Autonomy: Participation in this survey is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without any consequences. Your decision will be respected.

Non-maleficence: Your responses will remain confidential. Data will be anonymized with numerical codes and stored securely using encrypted platforms, used solely for academic purposes.

Beneficence: This survey aims to explore the impact of project managers' competencies and project complexity on project success, with the goal of improving project management practices in the petrochemical industry. Your insights will contribute to valuable advancements in the field..

Justice: We seek input from individuals experienced in industrial automation and control projects within the petrochemical sector. All participants will have an equal chance to contribute, and findings will be shared equitably. Acknowledgment of contributions will be included in research publications.
