By registering to participate in this early morning activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

· You agree to participate entirely at your own risk and acknowledge that TBE/RANZCO does not have insurance that extends to your participation in the activity.

· You understand that TBE/RANZCO are not liable to you for any liability, loss or damage including injuries sustained in connection with or related to the activity.

· Participants must be in good physical health to participate in the activity. You certify that there are no health related reasons that preclude you from participating in this activity.

· Participants must obey instructions and directions as given by the guide for the duration of the activity.

· Participants to wear comfortable and appropriate shoes and attire for the duration of the activity.
