Ballot Application: Rules, Terms and Conditions

Please submit only one (1) ballot entry per member. Members are allowed only one (1) holiday home during each school holiday ballot/release.
Only select the locations and dates/week you are prepared to accept. If several options and/or home locations are selected, please rank your preferences in numerical order.
All successful ballots drawn are indicative of acceptance of a set date period and location, and are considered a booking commitment. If you are successful and decline the offer within two (2) weeks of allocation, a minimum $50 cancellation fee will apply. For any cancellations following the two (2) weeks after the allocation period the standard booking cancellation policy will apply. Holiday rates apply as indicated alongside the location listing; the rates are inclusive of the holiday loading fee.
Applications must be made by the member only. Only current financial members will be successful, and only successful applicants will be notified via the email address provided.
Term Dates as provided by Department of Education in October 2024 – actual dates may be subject to change.
Entries close Friday, 8 November 2024.
