What an exciting time! As your photographer, my goal is to capture your big day and to be as prepared as possible. Please answer the following questions to advise me of the photo details you'd like me to be aware of. Thank you!
1.Where is your reception, if different? (include address)
2.Will you be having a cocktail hour? Would you like to take your portraits during this time, or enjoy the cocktail hour and take your photos at a different time? Please describe your wishes.
3.What time do you need to be at your reception for introductions? How long is the break between ceremony & reception?
4.What is the order of events at your reception?
5.Are you having sit down, buffet, or family-style dinner?
6.Are there any special/unusual parts of your wedding day that we should be aware of?
7.Who is your DJ or band?
8.Do you have a videographer? If so, what is their name?

9.Are there any other specific details you'd like captured at the reception? 
10.Anything else you can think of that you would like me to know before your big day?
