1.How did you hear that your doctor was using the Medeo platform? Check all that apply.
2.The Medeo platform was user-friendly and made requesting an appointment with my family doctor simple.
3.I will continue to use the Medeo Platform to request my own appointments in the future. 
4.Virtual (Video) appointments: I had no issue retrieving the appointment link, logging into the virtual waiting room, and connecting with the doctor.
