Aged Care Work Value Survey

For nearly two years HACSU have been fighting hard for a 25% pay rise in the historic Aged Care Work Value Case.
 
From all across the country, HACSU members have given evidence in the case, have lobbied in workplaces and in parliament and have led the fight for a 25% pay rise across the sector.
 
In early November this year, the Fair Work Commission handed down an interim decision of a 15% pay rise for direct care employees only.
