Congratulations! You have overwhelmingly agreed to be part of the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 324 and have your voices heard at Planned Parenthood! We accomplish this by negotiating a collective bargaining agreement that guarantees you the wages, hours, benefits and other working conditions you deserve.
In the next week, we will reach out to your Planned Parenthood to start the process. This includes obtaining information regarding the employees that will be covered by this Collective Bargaining Agreement, current company policies and requesting dates to begin the negotiations.
In order to make sure that our proposals reflect your priorities at the bargaining table, we are conducting a brief bargaining survey.
This is YOUR union and YOUR contract. In order to secure a strong union contract and ensure your priorities are reflected at the bargaining table, we need to hear from you.
Fill out the survey below to ensure your voice is heard.
Please complete the survey by Tuesday, July 9th.
