What is the purpose of this questionnaire?

You are invited to answer some questions to help you determine if your business may be required to register with the Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme as an employer in the contract cleaning industry.

You cannot be identified from the information you provide. Your participation is anonymous.

Registration in the Scheme is compulsory for all covered employers and penalties apply if individuals or companies are found to have breached their obligations under the Long Service Benefits Portability Act 2018.
