The Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA) and the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA), along with their affiliates throughout California are currently gathering information about laws and regulations (1) that prohibit landlords from evicting unwanted tenants and/or (2) that limit the amount of rent that landlords may charge.
