About Caroline Springs Tennis Club
Tennis is a wonderful sport that encourages physical activity, strategic thinking, and a sense of community.
Caroline Springs Tennis Club (CSTC) commenced in 2008 at Brookside Recreation Reserve with four artificial turf courts and a very small club room attached to a soccer pavilion.
In 2019 CSTC moved into a brand-new facility in the centre of Caroline Springs attached to the Caroline Springs Leisure Centre. The club has 8 hardcourts leased from Melton City Council while there are also an additional 4 courts managed by the council for public hire.
As a club we are very committed to providing competition for our senior and junior members, regardless of ability or age, with teams playing in the NSNTA competition and the juniors playing in the WRTA competition. Both senior and junior players have won many premiership flags in these two associations for our club over the years. For the first time CSTC is also entering a team into the NSJTA competition this year.
iTennis Coaching Academy (ICA), led by former ranked International and No. 1 Australian junior player, Chris Singh, has been our coaching contractor, working with the Caroline Springs Tennis Club since early 2011. The ongoing partnership with the iTennis Coaching Academy also shows a serious commitment to player growth and skill enhancement within our club. Working with a coaching group provides structured training and a pathway for players to improve and excel in their tennis careers.
ICA have coached many ATP, WTA, ITF and Australian ranked players over the years and have produced some very good players from our junior ranks at the club, including Top 2 in Australia rankings, ITF world junior rankings, and also WTA ranked players.
We are working with Melton City Council and their contractors to rectify outstanding issues relating to the courts construction to benefit our members, and have a working relationship with the council staff who operate out of the Caroline Springs Leisure Centre.
