OC Bus is planning to introduce a new contactless reloadable “smart card” and new mobile app that will provide more pay-as-you-go flexibility and options when paying your fare.

The cost to ride using the new fare system will not increase – many riders will save money with the new system. OC Bus will continue to offer the same discounted fares for eligible riders, such as youth, senior and disabled fares.
