
2025 Presentation Change/Withdrawal Request |
This survey is for presenters who can no longer attend ASHG 2025 and have identified a replacement speaker or wish to withdraw their presentation.
Please note:
- All replacements must be approved by ASHG staff and are not final after submitting this form. ASHG staff will follow up via email to confirm approval.
- Before listing a replacement presenter, please check that they do not have another presentation assigned to them, including a speaker role in a Featured Symposium. Presenters are not permitted to present multiple abstracts.
- Alternate presenters must be registered as scientific attendees, not as guests, one-day attendees, or exhibitor staff.
- Presenter change/withdrawal requests must be submitted by 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time on September 9th.
