Introduction

EACH YEAR THE INTERNATIONAL PAIN AND SPINE INTERVENTION SOCIETY (IPSIS) REQUIRES VOLUNTEERS TO DISCLOSE ALL FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIPS.
The IPSIS disclosure policy should be reviewed prior to completing the disclosure survey.

The ACCME requires disclosure information to be provided for a 24-month period.

The disclosure survey has two parts:
  • Section I pertains ONLY to relationships you have with ACCME-defined ineligible companies (see definition of an ineligible company on the forthcoming page).
  • Section II pertains to all other disclosures that are NOT considered ACCME-defined ineligible companies.
The appropriate review process will occur prior to participation in IPSIS activities.

You must alert the Society’s staff in writing of any changes that have bearing on your disclosure.
