Formula Business Survey

The City is considering an ordinance regulating formula businesses and would like your feedback.

Background: A formula business is any business that has standardized services, décor, methods of operation, and other features that make them virtually identical to businesses elsewhere. It is not limited to just stores and restaurants. Formula Businesses, sometimes referred to as “chains”, include grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, tax prep businesses, real estate offices, hotels, private postal services, insurance agencies, medical clinics, health clubs, banks and other financial institutes that may fall within the definition of Formula Business.
