Our UC community is working hard to meet the challenges posed by COVID-19 and to ensure that you are supported in your studies, wellbeing, and broader university experience.

As a mask-friendly campus we will continue to encourage staff, students, tenants, and visitors to wear masks when social distancing cannot be maintained.

The use of masks in all on-campus laboratories, workshops and practical activities is mandatory from Semester One 2021 and will be considered part of the students’ and relevant staff Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).

The wearing of masks is recommended when attending tutorials and lectures.

Please consult ACT Health for more information on the protective benefits of wearing a mask https://www.covid19.act.gov.au/stay-safe-and-healthy/protect-yourself#Masks
