I will adhere to presentation deadlines for submitting a photo, handouts, slides, audio-visual equipment request, etc.

I will not misuse copyrighted materials and I will receive permission to use copyrighted materials.

If my program is selected and I plan on attending the conference, my co-presenters and I understand the discounted registration fee is $489.

I understand that I am responsible for my own travel and conference-related expenses.

I will watch a brief webinar for NEW conference speakers. (Applies to new presenters)

I understand that this program is for professional development and agree to not use my presentation for sales or promotional purposes.
