A limited number of assigned parking spaces are available in the Bromley Hall parking lot for the 2024-25 Academic Year. Parking spaces are allocated on a lottery basis. The fee for a space is $800.00 for the Academic Year. Parking lot fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone else.
APPLICATION:
To apply for a space, residents should complete this application by:
5:00pm on Monday, AUGUST 5th, 2024.
Residents will be notified via email on Friday, August 9th if they have been assigned a space.
Parking will begin on Friday, August 23rd, once residents have obtained their parking permit from the Business Office. Permits will be available for pick up between the hours of 9AM-4PM. Parking will NOT be permitted prior to Friday, August 23rd or receiving your permit.
PAYMENT:
For residents that are assigned a parking space, the $800 Parking Lot Fee will be billed to their account with payment due within 10 days. Residents can pay online in Bromley's Resident Portal at that time.
Once payment has been received, residents will be given a permit to park in the lot.
