Wednesday Lunch Helper: P2 Lunch – distributing lunches from the school kitchen on Wednesdays only (10:00 am-1:30 pm) Below you will be able to sign-up for lunch slots.

I am willing to be placed on the Wednesday lunch substitute list.

School Tours/Open House Helper--I am willing to give tours or help with events for incoming and prospective families.

Food/Baking – called upon occasionally to prepare food for P2 sponsored events (Christmas dinner, Faculty appreciation events P2 Picnic, etc.); contacted in advance and asked to contribute

General Mills Box Tops Coordinator – promote, collect, and process box tops

Library Helper – check books in/out, shelving, assisting students, etc.

Elementary Art Helper - help in art room

Vision Screening- assisting professionals perform vision tests for elementary students at school in early September

Care Center Volunteer- No medical training needed, just a loving heart to care for those under the weather

P2 Grand Family Picnic - We can always use volunteers to make this fun event a success.

Scholarship Dinner and Silent Auction - Needs include: keying in donated items into silent auction software, silent auction procurement team, event set-up committee, technical support to help people bid on phones, silent auction check-out team, and event communication coordinator

Setup/Clean-up team for various events (Grandparents day, Scholarship Dinner, Student/Faculty Basketball Game, P2 Grand Family Picnic)

I would like to join the P2 Group as an Event Assistant - this position allows you to assist the P2 board with the events that we facilitate, as well as attend meetings, get to know people, and get involved in Providence Academy!

Art Room Garden- help keep our outdoor Art Garden looking beautiful

I would like to help with grounds, facilities, or maintenance work.

Welcome Wagon! I would like to help welcome new families as a part of a welcome team.

Spirit Store--I would love to help in the new school spirit wear store!
