Stall reservations must be PAID no later than October 15. If payment isn't received, we will not hold the stall. There will be
NO REFUND
on cancellations made after October 15, 2024. If you need to cancel your reservation you MUST email wvhorsenetwork@gmail.com PRIOR TO October 15, 2024.
