If you have not attended an ECLT Orientation, please complete the orientation by completing the self-guided modules in English or Spanish before continuing. Please do not attempt to take this survey without first attending an ECLT orientation.

ECLT works with realtors that agree to a reduced commission structure in order to contribute to the affordability for our homebuyers. Please see the commission structure below: 

Listing Broker: 1.25%
Buyer's Broker: 2.0% 
Transaction Broker or No Buyer's Agent: 2.0% for Listing Agent
