2021-2022 NEC/Alt NEC Compliance Forms

Members of the NEC, including National Officers and Past National Presidents, are required to complete confidentiality and conflict of interest forms in compliance with ALA national policies. Alternate NECs are also now asked to complete these forms to be ready to attend an NEC meeting in the case of an NEC's absence.
