Application to send team(s) to the 2025 Youth Club Championships at the U.S. Open

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2025 USA Ultimate Youth Club Championships, the youth division of the U.S. Open Club Championships.

Where: Aurora, CO

When: August 2-4, 2025

The player fee for the Youth Division is $90/player, which includes a tournament disc and Saturday dinner.

Phase 1 applications must be completed by 5pm Mountain Timezone (MT) on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.

Priority placements for each organization that submits a Phase 1 bid will be published by Monday, February 10, 2025, to allow for applicants to verify qualifying criteria accuracy.

Phase 1 bids will be awarded according to the Team Selection Process on Monday, February 17, 2025.

Phase 1 bid offers in Mixed U20, Boys U20, and Boys U17 must be accepted by Monday, March 3, 2025, which includes paying a deposit ($1,260) to cover 14 player fees (14 being the minimum number of players required per competing team at YCC) . Phase 1 bid offers in Girls U17 and Girls U20 divisions may be accepted without paying the deposit until the Phase 2 deposit deadline (May 12, 2025). All Phase 1 bid accepting teams must roster at least 1 Youth-level certified coach by Monday, March 17, 2025.

Applicants that miss the Phase 1 period can apply during Phase 2 for any available spots for divisions that do not fill up in Phase 1, or to be added to the waitlist should a Phase 1 team turn down a bid in any division.

Phase 2 applications must be completed by 5pm MT on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Priority levels for each Phase 2 bidding organization will be published by Monday, April 21, 2025, to allow for applicants to verify qualifying criteria accuracy.

Phase 2 bids will be awarded according to the team selection process on Monday, April 28, 2025.

Phase 2 bid offers must be accepted and their bid deposits ($1,260) paid by Friday, May 12, 2025, followed by at least 1 Youth-level certified coach rostered by Friday, May 26, 2025.

Please be sure that a team is viable and able to attend the event before accepting a bid offer and paying the team deposit to indicate full confirmation, as all team deposit payments are NON-REFUNDABLE (non-transferable and non-creditable towards a future bid).

Team selection is governed within each phase by the bid priority system outlined in the 2025 Youth Guidelines.
