Awards Process:
In partnership with the Montana's Credit Unions, the Governor's Office of Community Service and the Montana Commission on Community Service are proud to present the ServeMontana Awards. The purpose of these awards is to recognize Montana citizens of all ages and backgrounds who embody a strong commitment to others through community volunteerism. Honorees are selected by members of The Montana Commission on Community Service.
We invite nominations of individuals and groups who embody a strong commitment to others through community volunteerism, exhibit leadership through serving, and impact change outside of paid employment.
Eligibility:
The public is encouraged to nominate individuals of all ages and backgrounds, organizations, and groups. All service must be performed in Montana or by Montanans and be unpaid. All nominations must be submitted via this SurveyMonkey link - nominations submitted through other means will not be accepted.
Selection:
The Montana Commission on Community Service, a Governor-appointed body dedicated to promoting service in Montana, will select the awardees.
Deadline:
All nominations for the 2025 ServeMontana Awards must be submitted by midnight on 3/31/2025.
The Commission will review nominations and awardees will be notified the beginning of May. Awards will be presented during a ceremony at the Montana State Capitol in June 2025, exact location and time TBD.
