In order to confirm that you are eligible to vote in HTAV elections, please complete the following questions.

Your personal information will not be connected to your vote, and the only people who will access this information are the HTAV Executive Officer (Deb Hull) and the HTAV Company Secretary (staff member Michelle Passmore).

Please note, HTAV accepts the current Primary Contact for each School or Organisation Membership as the voting representative. The Primary Contact is not always the head of department!

If your school/organisation would like someone other than the Primary Contact to be its voting representative, your Principal/CEO must complete a Representative Nomination Form which appoints someone else.

If you are an Individual Member and the Primary Contact for your Institution, you may complete this survey twice and indicate in which capacity you are voting each time.
