2025 FCCA Recognition Program Application

Awarding Fellowship in CalChiro is one means by which CalChiro fosters and rewards demonstrated excellence in chiropractic practice. Successful candidates for Fellow status will have made a sustained contribution to CalChiro and will have demonstrated a high level of excellence in chiropractic practice.

To be eligible for consideration, an applicant must be a current practitioner member of CalChiro and have sustained membership in CalChiro for at least ten years, have a record of outstanding service to the profession through active involvement in CalChiro, and at least ten years of professional experience and achievements in chiropractic practice. For the purposes of this program, the ten year period starts from the time of licensure. It must be met prior to the application deadline of March 1.
