2025/26 Priority Youth Evaluation (Parent, Carers & Family)

Priority Youth Evaluation 2025 - Parent, Carers & Family survey

Priority Youth values the support of families, and the wider community. To make sure we are delivering the very best for our young people we want to hear from the parents, carers and family members.

We would love to know what you think about our services, how they may or may not be helping young people and what you think about the wider impact or our work.

We also want to hear your ideas on how we might change in the future so we can keep improving what we do. This survey is anonymous, so you can tell us if there are things you think we should be doing better!

It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. Feel free to encourage people to fill in the survey if you think it could be of interest.
