2024 SLO County Family-Friendly Workplaces Assessment

 

Here is how to apply! Please complete the FREE self-assessment application online. This requires providing information about your organization and what family-friendly practices you offer employees.  The application takes about 15 minutes to complete.

The assessment application is a useful tool that both measures how family-friendly an organization is, as well as provides an opportunity to learn about the many family-friendly practices available to implement.  At the end of the self-assessment, you can decide if you would like to submit your application for award consideration. All applicants will be provided with the results of this assessment, information, and educational materials to support furthering their efforts, and an invitation to meet with a family-friendly benefits specialist.
