Los Angeles, CA (Sector: Taxable Municipal)
The LAUSD is the second-largest public school district in the U.S., operating 1,238 individual schools and centers in FY 2022-2023. The 2024 Series QRR General Obligation Bonds will finance school facility improvement and Information Technology (IT) projects. Read more here.

Toulon Place is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property under construction in Raleigh, North Carolina (Wake County). Once complete, it will provide 200 units of affordable housing for households earning between 40% and 70% of the area median income (AMI). Yorkville Gardens is an affordable rental property for seniors in New York City, New York (New York County). The 131 residential units receive Section 8 assistance.
