Good afternoon all,

This is the Annual ACWA Member Survey which helps us evaluate current services and member satisfaction and assists leadership with planning for the future. This survey is 16 questions long and should take no more than 12 minutes to complete. This survey is being sent to all state, interstate, and territorial staff that participate in ACWA activities.
