Volunteer Registration

Date: Saturday, August 17, 2024
Time: 1:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Location: Tumwater Valley Golf Course Driving Range, 4611 Tumwater Valley Drive SE, Tumwater, WA

Volunteer shifts available:
Shift 1: 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Shift 2: 2:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Shift 3: 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Volunteer Requirements:
  • All volunteers must be at least 21 years of age by the event date; no exception. Must present a valid state-issued ID to enter the event.
  • Volunteers are not permitted to consume alcohol before the event or while on duty.
  • Volunteers for shifts 1 and 2 will receive admission, a 5.5 oz taster glass, 5 tasting tokens, and a volunteer t-shirt.
  • Volunteers for shift 3 will receive a $25 gift card and a volunteer t-shirt.
  • Activity will be outdoors and all volunteers will be on their feet for the duration of the event.
  • Please be prepared to work your entire shift. We are not able to cover partial shifts.
Event duties may consist of the following:
  • Entry Gate Attendant: Check in Brewfest ticketholders, help prep taster glasses with tokens/maps, check IDs, hand out wristbands, count guests upon entry, greet guests, and/or help with other tasks associated with the event gate.
  • Event Space Attendant: Assist with voting station, clear tables and clean food area, monitor tents and token taking.
  • Clean Up Crew: Help clean, take down and stack chairs and tables, empty garbage, etc.
  • Compost Crew: Assist with monitoring compost stations and help guests sort their food waste properly.
