Introduction: Awareness of the SWRB
Thank you for taking part in this survey. As an employer of social workers, your insights are invaluable to us. At the Social Workers Registration Board (SWRB), we aim to strengthen workforce planning and improve outcomes for social workers and the communities they serve.
All responses will be anonymised to protect your privacy, and reports will show combined results only. Your responses to this survey will not be used or linked in any way to your relationship with the SWRB as a regulator, and the survey is conducted by a separate team from our finance/administrative team.
This survey asks about a range of different topics for employers - completing the survey should take around 20 minutes and will need information from across your organisation, with a focus on six key areas:

2. Sustainability of the social worker workforce
3. Recruitment of social workers
4. Connections between employers and education providers
5. Responsibilities as an employer of social workers
6. Connections between your organisation and the SWRB
