Draft FY2024 Detroit CoC Project Priority Ranking Policies
This survey provides opportunity for people to provide comments in response to the draft FY2024 Detroit CoC Project Priority Ranking Policies.
These policies have been developed by the Values and Funding Priorities Committees, and describe the order in which renewal and new projects will be submitted to HUD in the upcoming FY2024 CoC Competition.

All comments must be submitted by 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday, July 19, 2024. Comments will be reviewed by the Values and Funding Priorities Committee, with the final Project Priority Ranking Policies presented to the CoC Board for a vote at their August 5, 2024 board meeting. The public is welcome to attend this meeting, which will take place from 2:00 - 4:30 pm. The registration link for this meeting may be found on HAND's website here.
