Civil Air Patrol National Cadet Special Activity/Flight Academy Staff Survey |
Introduction
Dear Volunteer,
Thank you for serving as a staff member at a National Cadet Special Activity (NCSA), Cadet Special Activity (CSA), or National Flight Academy (NFA)! We are inviting you to complete this short survey because of your role in supporting CAP's national activity program.
The National Cadet Team (NCT) is conducting this survey to improve the quality of these programs and to identify ways that the NCT can support members who are executing them in the field. We ask that you share your honest thoughts and opinions with us so that we can help to make the program better.
This survey does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) about you, like your name, your CAPID, or your email address (unless you choose to include this information). The data collected will be used only to help improve the activities and program management. Your identity will never be disclosed to activity directors or in publications and analyses generated from this project.
