NAGAAA Cup USA Softball Card Upload Form

Please use this form to upload the USA Softball Cards for your team. If you are submitting USA Softball Cards for multiple teams, please use one submission for each team.

There are two acceptable file upload types:
1. A photo or digital copy of a valid year USA Softball team card.
2. Confirmation Email from your local USA Softball Commissioner or Representative.

If you do not have either option above, you can submit a $30 payment on the NAGAAA Softball Payments page: https://www.nagaaasoftball.org/nagaaa-payments/
