Hepatitis C Elimination Progress Report Meeting
Call to Present Innovative and Promising Practices

Dear Partners in Elimination,

We invite you to share your innovative and promising practices that support NYS’s hepatitis C elimination efforts. Examples may include, but are not limited to, an adaptation to your program, a step or part of a larger initiative, a quality improvement activity, or policy change.

We are seeking submissions from both community-based and clinical settings. Proposals that include meaningful involvement of people with lived experience of hepatitis C are particularly encouraged.
 
All submissions must be received by January 31st, 2024.
