To be eligible for the Health Information Technology (HIT) Leader Excellence Award, nominees must be based in Arizona and demonstrate leadership in the use of health information technology to achieve the Quadruple Aim of better outcomes, lower costs, and improving both the patient and provider experience.

Recipients of these awards exemplify Contexture’s mission of advancing individual and community health and wellness through the delivery of actionable information and analysis.

Winners will be notified prior to the 2024 Summit taking place on Tuesday, October 8.
