1. Anyone found voting more than once (spamming the awards) will be removed along with any Festival they are a part of.
2. Anyone who is a part of the Awards Committee is not eligible to participate. This includes any Festivals they are an employee of or have a financial stake in.
3. You may not use the RFA (Renaissance Festival Awards) logo in any form without written permission from the committee.
4. Any emails sent from the awards committee should be answered in a timely manner. This may include verification of performers and merchants. Please add renfaireawards@gmail.com to your contact list.
