2024 Caren S. Franzini Fellowship Capstone Project Survey
Knowledgeable about the housing market? We need your help! The purpose of this survey, designed by the 2024 Caren S. Franzini Fellows, is to identify the financing tools available for missing middle housing. For purposes of this project, we define “missing middle housing” as medium-density housing that fits between detached single-family homes and large apartment complexes. Missing middle housing typically consists of multi-unit or clustered housing types such as duplexes and townhouses. By taking just a few minutes to complete the survey, you will contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the tools available to developers and home-buyers in obtaining financing.
