The Virginia School Boards Association, in conjunction with participating VSBA Annual Convention exhibitors, is offering a scholarship to a deserving high school senior graduating in the spring of 2025. To be eligible, an applicant must be a graduating senior who served as a student school board representative during their junior or senior year and whose division is in good standing with VSBA.

The successful applicant(s) will be selected based on the VSBA Exhibitors Scholarship Committee's assessment of the applicant's academic achievement, character, school and community service, and career goals. The recipients are required to attend the 2024 VSBA Annual Convention on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the Williamsburg Lodge where the recipients will be announced.

Application Requirements
  • Fully completed application form.
  • Provide two letters of recommendation, with at least one from a high school official.
  • Provide a current high school transcript that includes grades, grade point average, and class rank. The transcript must be complete through the junior year.
